The payment for bookings made on the on-line page must be done in the country where the journey commences. The currency option is also available to show you the estimated price in local currency. However, the actual amount charged for the ticket will be based on the rate at the time the electronic ticket is issued.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: In case of payment made by credit card, the credit card holder MUST travel on all flight segments unless the Form of Consent procedure outlined on the International website is strictly followed. The completed Form of Consent MUST be brought to the Thai Airways office, 23 Customs St East, Auckland in person by the credit card holder –faxed, posted or emailed Consent Forms are not acceptable. Alternatively a Visa or MasterCard may be registered with the credit card company and a pin number and password obtained. The credit card may then be used to make a booking for a passenger other than the credit card holder when the credit card holder is not also traveling.

must match the name in the booking.

Unless one of the aforementioned Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode or Form of Consent procedures are used, the credit card used for purchase of the electronic ticket and a valid passport must always be presented at the check-in counter.
